Erwin Proell is a Regional Project Manager at DS Smith, where they lead PACE Operations for the SEE Region since 2017. They have also held the position of Plant Manager at DS Smith Packaging since 2009, overseeing operations, planning, and logistics. Previously, at Mars Petcare from 2005 to 2006, Proell served as a Lean Manager and Production Manager, implementing lean tools in production and managing a shift operation. Erwin Proell completed an engineering degree at HTBL Wien Maschinenbau from 1977 to 1982.
