Ismael Moreno

Ismael Moreno is an experienced HR director currently serving as the HR Director for the Iberia region at DS Smith since March 2021, responsible for overseeing 36 production plants in Spain, Portugal, France, and Morocco and directly reporting to the Iberia CEO. Previously, Ismael held various HR roles, including HR Manager for the West Cluster Iberia at DS Smith, Industrial HR Manager at HARTMANN GROUP, and HR & HS Director at TERSA. With a background in managing HR functions within diverse industrial sectors, Ismael has also worked as an HR Manager at TEPSA and an HR Technician at Expo Hoteles & Resort. Educational qualifications include a degree in Strategic HR Management from Esade, a Master's in Executive HR Management from EADA Business School, and a degree in Labor Relations from Universitat de Barcelona.
