Krzysztof Robak

Krzysztof Robak serves as the Senior Central Lean Manager at DS Smith since February 2021, where responsibilities include shaping and driving the implementation of the DS Smith Operating Model across the Supply Engine Organisation in Europe and the US. Prior to this role, Krzysztof held positions at Smurfit Kappa as a Senior Production Leader and at Saica Group as a Paper Machine Superintendent, focusing on process management, quality troubleshooting, and production efficiency improvements. Krzysztof also managed TDI production at Zachem S.A., overseeing a large team and contributing to research and development initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Post MEng in Process and Chemical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, an MEng in Environmental Protection, and a BEng in Environmental Protection from Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy.
