Monica Anderton

Monica Anderton, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Monica most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for DS Smith's North America Packaging and Paper Division, where they were responsible for post-merger integration and creating a growth platform for the global business. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Mondi Group, overseeing HR services for their North American operations. Monica also served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Novelis North America, managing the HR function for over 3,000 employees across multiple manufacturing sites. Additionally, Monica has experience in the financial industry, having served as the CHRO for Silverton Bank. Monica began their career in human resources with Home Depot, where they held roles supporting the IT department and customer contact centers.

Monica Anderton, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a dual major in International Business and Management from Mercer University. Monica also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Monica has a certification in Hogan assessment obtained from Hogan Assessment Systems in the year 2018.
