Nanna Bro Pagter

Nanna Bro Pagter is an experienced communications professional, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager for the Nordics at DS Smith since February 2018, overseeing internal communications and employer branding strategies for 1,600 employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Previously, Nanna held a similar role managing internal communication for 650 employees in Denmark, while also leading the employer branding strategy for the Nordic countries.
