Robert Hicks

Robert Hicks has over 30 years of experience in IT, currently serving as an IT Business Partner at DS Smith since November 2007, where responsibilities include liaising between IT and manufacturing sites across the UK. Previous roles at DS Smith involve managing multiple application and infrastructure projects and overseeing infrastructure projects that enhance network resilience. Prior to DS Smith, Robert worked at Imerys, where responsibilities included managing a team of technicians and supporting over 1400 users across the UK and Mainland Europe. His IT career began at ECC International, where Robert held various technician roles from 1989 to 2001. Robert holds an education from Poltair School, completed in 1989.
