Rogier Gerritsen

Rogier Gerritsen is an experienced leader in the paper and recycling industries, currently serving as the Managing Director of DS Smith Paper Europe, overseeing a network of 13 paper mills across Europe. Previously, Rogier held positions such as Managing Director of DS Smith Recycling, the largest cardboard and paper recycler in Europe, and Managing Director of DS Smith Paper North, responsible for major operations in North Western Europe. Additional roles include General Manager of De Hoop Mill, Project Manager at DS Smith Packaging Benelux, and Site Production Manager at Kemsley Mill. Rogier's earlier experience includes managerial positions at SCA Packaging and SC Johnson, as well as a consultancy role at Q-Consult. Rogier holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
