Stuart Ruck

Stuart Ruck is an experienced manufacturing professional with over two decades of expertise in production management and operations excellence. Currently serving as Manufacturing Director at DS Smith, Stuart has held multiple leadership roles within the company since September 2014, including Interim Engineering Director and Operations Excellence Director. Prior to DS Smith, Stuart worked at Glatfelter for 13 years, progressing from Production Manager to overseeing multiple production lines. Earlier experience includes a production role at Kruger Inc. and serving in the Royal Navy as a Leading Operator Maintainer First Class. Stuart holds a degree from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, completed in May 2023.
