Sally Coddington

Sally Coddington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community organization, consultancy, and education, focusing on disability support and inclusive design. Currently serving as Director at Hunter Circles since July 2022, Coddington facilitates Circles of Support to empower individuals with disabilities within the community. As Managing Director of Curb-Cut Effect since August 2015, Coddington advises businesses on Universal Design principles to enhance customer experience and promote growth. Additionally, Coddington holds the position of Principal Consultant at Disability Services Consulting, specializing in organizational resilience for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Previous roles include Member of the Disability Council of NSW, Course Coordinator and Lecturer at the University of Newcastle, and Chief Executive Officer at Hunter Life Education. Coddington possesses an MBA in International Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management, complemented by a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAE Institute.
