Don Slatton

Don Slatton serves as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Southern Shirt Company since October 2014 and has been a Principal Consultant at DSC Consulting since November 2006, providing leadership in strategic market segment penetration and operational improvements for clients. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales & Operations at Homier Distributing from 1996 to 2006, managing a $600M budget and overseeing all sales and operational functions. Earlier in the career, Don Slatton was Director of Special Projects at Wal-Mart Corporation from 1981 to 1996, where consistent performance led to multiple promotions and recognition as a top producer. Don Slatton holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from Harding University.
