Benn Wheeler

Benn Wheeler is an experienced leader in project delivery management, currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery Management at Endava since June 2023, where responsibilities include recruiting talent and workforce planning for a team of approximately 40 individuals. Prior to this, Benn held the role of Delivery Manager at Lexicon from June 2021 to June 2023, overseeing a team of over 25 Business Analysts and Delivery Leads, and previously worked as a Principal Consultant focusing on Agile transformations. Benn's extensive background includes a decade at SEEK, managing multiple software delivery teams and co-leading the adoption of Agile practices, as well as roles at Sensis and ANZ where leadership and business analysis were central to the positions. Degrees in Communication and Information Technology from Monash University and TAFE NSW provide a solid educational foundation.
