Doug Deane

Douglas Deane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering. As the Founder, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chairman of the Board at DSD Business Systems since June 1984, Douglas has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of one of the world's leading ERP software developers, serving notable clients such as Planet Hollywood and Deepak Chopra. Prior to this role, Douglas served as Manager of Engineering at Pathway Bellows, Inc. from September 1973 to June 1984, where responsibilities included overseeing the design of high-pressure piping systems and conducting engineering forensics related to refinery incidents. Douglas holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, where education was pursued from 1969 to 1979.
