Previously, Stephen founded BootCraft Design and worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at KADO, where contributions included leading product design efforts and delivering MVPs. Stephen's background includes positions as a User Experience Designer at Dodge Construction Network, focusing on MVP development, and as a UI/UX Developer at The Blue Book Building & Construction Network®, where expertise in frontend development and user interface design was applied. Early career experiences include web development at The Children's Place and an internship at O'Boyle & Associates, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Media and Information Technology from the University of Scranton.
