Vytautas Byla has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vytautas co-founded and served as the CEO of DSERVE, a company they started in 2018. Prior to that, Vytautas held various roles at Sanitex, a company with €300M sales and 1000+ employees. At Sanitex, they served as a Member of the Board, where they were responsible for strategy formation and new growth ideas, leading to increased sales and profit. Vytautas also served as the Chairman of the IT Board. Before their time at Sanitex, Vytautas was the Commerce Director at BLS Baltic Logistic Solutions, where they implemented significant reforms and improvements. Additionally, they held multiple roles at Sanitex, including Baltic P&G Manager, Baltic Finance Manager, Financial Analysis and Control Manager, Finance Analyst, Process Analyst, and Assistant Product Manager. In these roles, they showcased their skills in finance, restructuring departments, improving financials, and implementing initiatives to drive overall company performance.

From 2000 to 2004, Vytautas Byla attended Kaunas University of Technology Gymnasium and received a School degree. Vytautas then went on to study at Kaunas University of Technology from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics. Continuing their education, Vytautas Byla pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Kaunas University of Technology from 2009 to 2011.
