Tiffany Calvert has a diverse work experience. Tiffany started their career in 2010 as a Tutor at Middlesex County College, where they provided assistance in various subjects and taught study and organization skills. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at the New Brunswick Board of Education as a Paraprofessional, where they implemented curriculum changes and assisted in daily classroom routines. In 2013, Tiffany joined Teaching Strategies, LLC as an Implementation Associate, where they worked with school administrators and teachers to understand their needs, prepared proposals and budgets, and guided customers in selecting products and services. Later in 2013, they transitioned to Montgomery Child Care Association as a Teacher, where they worked with a team to create and implement a curriculum for school-aged childcare. Finally, Tiffany joined DSFederal in 2014, initially as a Training Coordinator and later as a Deputy Project Manager.

Tiffany Calvert began their education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1999 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology in 2003. Tiffany then pursued further education at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a focus on Early Childhood/Elementary Education.
