Max Foster Max

Max Foster started their work experience in 2005 as the Controller for DSI Machining & Fabrication Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for the integrity of financial information and systems, as well as managing accounting and finance, strategic planning, and general management of staff. Max also directly oversaw multiple departments.

In 2013, Max Foster co-owned and worked at Max Foster Photography. Starting in 2014, they became a Small Business Owner for Blackstone Rental Properties, LLC.

Most recently, in 2022, Max Foster assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at DSI Machining & Fabrication Solutions. In this role, they strategically focused on creating positive change within the organization and had oversight and ownership of various departments' performance, including production, sales, quality, planning, engineering, human resources, and accounting/finance. Max was also responsible for P&L results, business planning, leadership accountability, and driving results.

Max Foster completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in 2006. Max later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Cloud State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2011.
