Mike Edwards

Mike Edwards is an experienced Project Manager/Scheduler at Decimet Sales since October 2003, responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring they meet budget, scope, and schedule requirements. Edwards has developed project methods to align with production and customer needs, coordinated cross-functional roles with the production team, and provided clear status and time management reports to track project progress. Prior to Decimet Sales, Edwards worked as a CNC Machinist at Century Tool and as a Machine Shop Foreman and Programmer at JBK/Crest Engineering, where direct collaboration with project management was key to defining project scopes and resolving issues. Edwards holds degrees in Business Communication and Management from Anoka Technical College and North Hennepin Community College.
