Tai C. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at DSI since January 2024, Tai previously held the same position at DSI Systems Inc. from March 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, Tai worked as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at BWW Law Group, LLC from February 2015 to March 2018, and as a Compliance Analyst at OneExchange, Towers Watson from June 2013 to February 2015. Tai's career began at Clinics of North Texas, where responsibilities included serving as Compliance Officer and Senior HR Generalist from December 2006 to December 2012.
