Serge Touzart is a seasoned professional in training and knowledge management, currently serving as Responsable Formation & Knowledge Management at DSIA since February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant at AGILUM-Conseil from March 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed organizational change support and skills framework deployment. Additionally, Serge held several positions at DSIA from June 2013 to February 2017, including Chargé de mission RH, Formateur, and Analyste Chef de Projet, contributing to training, project analysis, and HR diagnostics. With a solid educational background, Serge holds a Master’s degree in Analyse du Travail et Développement de Compétences and a Cycle Ingénieur in Informatique, supplemented by training in group facilitation and programming.
