Boris Ederov has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Boris started their career at SNS REAAL as an intern, where they focused on forecasting mortgage prepayments and ECAP estimation. In 2009, Boris joined Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria, initially as a Senior Expert in the Risk Methodology Department, specializing in Basel 2 Advanced-IRB retail credit risk statistical models development. Boris later became the Head of the Risk Engineering and Predictive Modeling section at the same department. In 2016, Boris moved to DSK Bank, where they served as the Head of Systems for the Customers Risk Evaluation Department before transitioning to their current role as the Head of the Retail Credit Risk Directorate. Boris has extensive experience in risk evaluation, predictive modeling, and credit risk management.

Boris Ederov's education history shows that they obtained a Primary School Diploma from 8th school from 1989 to 1995. Boris then attended Sofia High School of Mathematics from 1995 to 2001, where they received a High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics and English Language. Following this, they attended Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2001 to 2006, obtaining a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics & Computer Science. Lastly, they pursued a M.Sc. degree in Business Mathematics & Informatics - Financial Risk Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2007 and 2009.
