Dilyana Yordanova

Dilyana Yordanova is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as a Legal Counsel at DSK Bank since August 2023, Dilyana has previously held similar positions at Raychinova and Partners Tax & Law from March 2021 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Trainee at “M&S Associates” Law Firm and as a Legal Clerk for Private Judicial Officer Milen Bazinski, where responsibilities ranged from preparing legal opinions and contracts to representing clients in court proceedings and managing legal documentation. Dilyana began their career as a Legal Intern at Ruseva, Yolcheva and partners. An alumnus of the University of National and World Economy, Dilyana holds a Master's degree in Law, complemented by a foundational education at the Private High School of Tourism and Entrepreneurship Rayko Tsonchev.
