Dmitry Volkov

Dmitry Volkov, FRM, currently serves as the Head of Data Analysis and BI in Pay Later Solutions at DSK Bank since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as the Head of Profitability Analysis and Data Management at OTP Bank (Russia) from August 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining NPV-based vintage reports, developing risk strategies, and leading Data Governance implementation. Significant achievements include the implementation of customer lifetime value in decision-making and profitability-based cut-offs in credit card origination. Dmitry also has experience as a Chief Specialist in the Business Profitability Analysis Unit. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Financial Markets and Financial Institutions from the Higher School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
