Elena Koseva

Elena Koseva has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2013, they completed an internship at DSK Bank. In 2014, they pursued an internship in Forex Trading at TeleTrade. Elena then worked as an Independent Contractor at Southwestern Advantage in 2015. In 2016, they joined United Bulgarian Bank, first as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Sales Consultant. In 2018, they joined Postbank as a Small Business Banking Expert. Currently, they hold a position at DSK Bank, where they started in 2019 as an Assets & Liabilities Management Expert and currently serves as the Head of Nostro Accounts Management Section.

Elena Koseva has a diverse education history. Elena completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Mathematical Modelling in Economics at the Faculty of Mathematics & Informatics, Sofia University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Control from the University of National and World Economy, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Elena's education journey began at the National high school in finance and business, where they completed their high school education in Banking from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Elena has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge base. Elena obtained the Agile Essentials with Scrum certification from Software University (SoftUni) in June 2022. Prior to that, they completed the Python Fundamentals course at the same institution in August 2021. Elena also acquired the Python Basics certification from Software University (softuni.bg) in May 2021. In July 2020, they obtained the Microsoft Excel Advanced certification from the same university. Furthermore, Elena attended the Summer School Banking & FinTech program organized by the Atanas Burov Foundation in May 2019.

Elena has additional achievements and recognition to their name. Elena secured the first place in the project "The education in Bulgaria: perspective for the young people," awarded by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Elena also received a scholarship for being in the 5th place among students in all business schools in Bulgaria, provided by the Atanas Burov Foundation.
