Nadezhda Tisheva Cfa, Frm, Cfsa

Nadezhda Tisheva has over 20 years of work experience, with a diverse range of roles in the finance and risk management industry. Nadezhda started their career as a Project Coordinator at Consortium FLAG/University of Delaware from 1996 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Pension Assurance Company Doverie as the Head of Analysis in the Investment Department.

From 2002 to 2008, they worked at TBI Asset Management and TBI Invest, where they held multiple roles, including Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of TBI Invest. During their time there, they oversaw operational activities, contributed to strategic plans and budgets, participated in investment committees, ensured compliance with regulations, and developed operational policies and procedures.

In 2008, they briefly joined Astra Asset Management as a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2012, they worked at Insurance Company Uniqa AD as an Internal Auditor.

In 2013, they joined Piraeus Bank as the Head of the Market, Liquidity, and Operational Risk Management Department in the Risk Management Division. Nadezhda held this role until 2016 when they joined DSK Bank.

At DSK Bank, they first served as the Coordinator of New Products, Treasury, and Capital Markets from 2016 to 2018. Later, they were promoted to the role of Head of the Department of Business Development and Products, starting in January 2019.

Throughout their career, Nadezhda Tisheva has obtained professional certifications, including CFA, FRM, and CFSA. Nadezhda has consistently demonstrated expertise in business development, products, risk management, internal control, and financial analysis.

Nadezhda Tisheva, CFA, FRM, CFSA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria between 1992 and 1996.
