Anisha Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anisha began their career as a Volunteer at the Society for Nutrition Education and Health Action (SNEHA), where they worked in the counselling department, specifically dealing with the prevention of violence against women and children. Anisha then went on to intern at DSK Legal, Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, and Racolb Legal, gaining exposure to various areas of law and legal research. Anisha also completed a Company Secretary Articleship at LegaLogic, where they worked on trademark laws and other legal matters. Anisha later joined City Corporation Limited as a Management Trainee in Corporate Legal, assisting with corporate affairs and legal services for the company and its group of companies.
