Ekta Tyagi

Ekta Tyagi is a legal professional with extensive experience in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and General Corporate Commercial. Currently serving as a Partner at DSK Legal since August 2018, Ekta has also held titles of Associate Partner and Principal Associate at the same firm. Prior to this, Ekta worked as a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas from February 2016 to August 2018 and as a Senior Associate at J. Sagar Associates from February 2012 to January 2015. Ekta began a legal career at J. Sagar Associates as an Associate from June 2007 to March 2010. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis Law School, complemented by a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Asian School of Cyber Laws.
