Jayesh Kothari has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at DSK Legal since October 2014, where previous roles included Associate Partner, Principal Associate, and Senior Associate. Prior to this, Jayesh held the position of Senior Executive Legal at Amarchand Mangaldas from June 2012 to September 2014, focusing on corporate law and general corporate practice. Jayesh began legal internships at Trilegal in 2011, gaining experience in various teams, and also interned at Kaushal Shah & Associates. Previously, Jayesh was a Partner and Business Development Head at Sharp Stationers, enhancing market development and customer relations from April 2004 to March 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, a PG-DBM in Business Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College.
