Manuj Kaushik

Manuj Kaushik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Principal Associate at DSK Legal since October 2017, Manuj has progressed through various roles, including Senior Associate and Associate Advocate. Prior to this, Manuj worked as Associate Advocate for the Sr. Central Government Standing Counsel at the Central Administrative Tribunal and for the Central Government Standing Counsel & Special Public Prosecutor in the Delhi High Court, focusing on a range of litigation matters for multiple ministries. Manuj's legal career started at Indus Legalia Law Firm as an Advocate from March 2014 to September 2015. Manuj holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, complemented by an academic foundation from Hans Raj Model School.
