Chad Theriot

Chad Theriot has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Chad started their career as an Auditing Clerk at Legg Mason in 1996. Chad then transitioned to the Louisiana State Office of Financial Institutions in 1997, where they worked as a Financial Examiner II until 2002. From 2002 to 2016, Chad worked at Coast Capital Mortgage as a Loan Officer, assisting clients with various types of mortgages and building a strong network of business partners. Since 2016, they have been working at DSLD Mortgage, initially as a Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator and later as a Sales Director.

Chad Theriot attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Chad also holds a certification in NMLS from DSLD Mortgage.
