Claudia Ferrari serves as Vice Chair of the Virtual Center of Excellence for Privacy and Legal Counsel for Data Privacy at dsm-firmenich since November 2019, providing expert legal support in data protection across various departments and acting as a key stakeholder in collaborative decision-making processes. Prior experience includes roles as European Legal Counsel at Fuji Seal B.V., Legal Counsel at Philips managing R&D Partnership projects, and Legal Counsel at OMA specializing in metropolitan architecture and urbanistic design. Additionally, Claudia has worked as an IP Legal Consultant at Pugatch Consilium and as a Legal Officer at the Milan Civil Court. Claudia's educational background includes an Advanced Master in Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Management from Maastricht University, among other legal degrees focusing on intellectual property and international law.
