Haley Takaki

Haley Takaki is a food science professional with a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Currently serving as the Lead Application Technician at dsm-firmenich since April 2025, Haley has a diverse background in food technology, having worked as a Food Technologist at Rise Baking Company and Plantible Foods. Previous experience includes a laboratory internship at E. & J. Gallo Winery and a summer applications internship at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. Additionally, Haley began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Cattaneo Bros.
