Jeroen Ramakers

Jeroen Ramakers is an experienced professional in the field of Chemical Engineering, currently serving as the Head of Improve Equipment Reliability at dsm-firmenich since January 2021. Previously, Jeroen held various roles at DSM from November 2012 to May 2023, including Technology Staff Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Improve Equipment Reliability workstream, and leading the implementation of a preventative maintenance program at the Sisseln site. Jeroen also worked as a Reliability Process Engineer, overseeing small projects related to Vitamin E and folic acid plants, and was a Continuous Improvement Manager, facilitating a structured continuous improvement program.
