Joan Ji

Joan Ji has extensive work experience in quality management and commercialization. Joan currently works at dsm-firmenich as the Global Quality Commercialization Lead. Prior to this, they were the Senior Global Quality Manager at DSM Nutritional Products. Joan also served as the Sr Quality Manager at DSM Nutritional Products, LLC in North America and as the Quality Manager in Greater China and Asia for DSM. Joan gained experience in quality management and stakeholder communication while working at DSM Citric Acid (Wuxi) Ltd. Before their industry roles, they worked as an Associate Professor at Jiangnan University.

Joan Ji completed a program in Organizational Leadership at IMD in 2006. In 2013, they pursued further education in Organizational Leadership through an executive education program at Babson College. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry from Wuhan University from 1987 to 1994.
