Laurine Lemon

Laurine Lemon is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as SVP Group Financial Compliance at dsm-firmenich since May 2023 and as a Board Member of Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland since December 2023. With a strong background in accounting and financial compliance, Laurine previously held the position of Director of Accounting Policies and IFRS at DSM from September 2016 to April 2023, overseeing global accounting policies for Royal DSM N.V. Prior roles include Program Director of Financial Closing at UTi Worldwide, Vice President of Reporting and Accounting at CEVA Logistics, and various positions at CEVA Logistics related to financial accounting, reporting, and internal audit. Laurine also contributed to academia as a university teacher at the University of Amsterdam and gained extensive experience in audit and financial reporting at Vedior NV and KPMG. Laurine holds a Master's and post-master's degree in Economics and auditing from the University of Amsterdam.
