Leia Omizzolo

Leia Omizzolo serves as Global DEI Manager at dsm-firmenich since May 2022, focusing on the design and execution of strategic projects that integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into organizational practices while aligning with global certifications and ESG standards. Previously, Leia held roles such as Global DEI Project Manager and Global People Partner DEI at Invenco, and Talent Partner at EROAD, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experiences and supporting high-growth initiatives in a global SaaS environment. Earlier experiences include positions as People & Culture Partner and Specialist at Datacom, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. Leia holds a Postgraduate Degree in Organisational Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Unisinos.
