Luiz Felipe Calabresi Carneiro

Luiz Felipe Calabresi Carneiro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting from 2007, they worked at Sistema Fiep as a Financial Analyst and Intern. In 2010, they joined Cyrela as a JR Business Analyst and later became a PL Business Analyst. Luiz Felipe also served as a Land Acquisition Specialist, managing land acquisition for Real Estate developments. In 2014, they joined MRV as a Land Acquisition Manager, where they led market expansion in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. Luiz Felipe was responsible for coordinating land prospection, negotiation, and acquisition, as well as leading technical and legal negotiations. In 2015, they joined BRF as a Procurement Category Manager and later became a Procurement Manager, where they led Capex & MRO categories with 13 direct reports and managed annual spend of €150 million. Currently, Luiz Felipe is working at dsm-firmenich as a Global Category Manager - Industrial Gases, where they are responsible for leading the Industrial Gases category across business groups and 5 regions, focusing on risk assessment, business continuity, cost opportunities, and market development of renewable-based strategic raw materials. Luiz Felipe will also be taking on the role of Lead Capital Procurement Innovation & Technology Solutions in 2023.

Luiz Felipe Calabresi Carneiro completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2004 to 2008. Luiz Felipe then pursued a Specialization in Economics at FAE Centro Universitário, which was completed from 2010 to 2011. In 2014 to 2016, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained an MBA in Strategic Management. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Luiz Felipe Carneiro studied Procurement Transformation at Live University.
