Marjolein Lemmens

Marjolein Lemmens currently serves as Project Director for the Integrated Annual Report at dsm-firmenich while also holding the position of Corporate Secretary at DSM BV and Lead Counsel for the Digital & Tech department. With extensive experience, Marjolein has been instrumental in addressing legal and compliance issues across various departments, participating in global management teams, and advising on privacy governance. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel for DSM Protective Materials and Legal Counsel for DSM Sourcing, where Marjolein contributed to significant projects such as renewable energy initiatives. Early career experiences include positions at Houthoff, the District Court of Utrecht, the International Criminal Court, and the DC Court of Appeals. Marjolein holds multiple law degrees, including an LLM in European Law from the College of Europe and an LLB with honors from Utrecht University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in French Horn from the Academy of Music.
