Silvia Marola has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. SILVIA began their career as a Trainee Supervisor of Production at PepsiCo in 1996. SILVIA then worked as a Manager at Pizza Hut, where they were responsible for administrative and production activities.

Silvia Marola completed an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FIA Business School in 2005-2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Mestrado in Ciência de Alimentos from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1997-2001. Furthermore, they completed their undergraduate degree in Engenharia de Alimentos from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1990-1994. Silvia also holds a certification as Mestre em Ciências de Alimentos, although the institution and specific date are unknown.
