Thomas Piloto

Thomas Piloto currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Taste in North America at dsm-firmenich since May 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Firmenich, including Vice President of Manufacturing for the Americas, where oversight included operations for 12 plants with a workforce exceeding 1,000 and significant revenue generation. Experience also includes roles at Givaudan as Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations, managing multiple manufacturing sites and supply chain directives, as well as positions at Inolex Chemical Company and Mobil Chemical Company, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing, distribution, and budget management. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
