Vanessa Raynaud

Vanessa Raynaud serves as Vice President of Consumer Fragrances Europe and Vice President of Taste & Beyond for South Europe at dsm-firmenich since December 2020. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S between 1997 and December 2020, such as Sales Director for France, Benelux, and North West Africa, and Global Strategic Accounts Manager, where Vanessa focused on developing sustainable sales and key account partnerships. Additional roles encompassed LEAN Project Manager, Production and Supply Deputy VP, Innovation Deputy VP, and Products Development Manager, demonstrating expertise in process optimization, project management, and cross-functional leadership. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, an Engineer’s Degree from AgroParisTech, and ongoing studies at INSEAD and Cranfield School of Management. Vanessa is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
