Taria Richards, BA, SHRM-CP has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources and Accounting industries. Taria has held positions such as Head of Human Resources, Accounting Bookkeeper, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Lead Sales Associate.

Most recently, they have been the Head of Human Resources at DSN Software, Inc since 2022. Prior to this, they were Store Manager at Tractor Supply Company from 2018-2022, where they demonstrated excellent leadership in maintaining a top 5 position within a region of 160 stores for metrics like sales, customer satisfaction, product protection program, rewards program, and private label credit card program. Taria also efficiently supervised as District Captain of product protection program for a district comprising 15 stores and managed a team of 17-22 employees, efficiently overseeing hiring, training, and professional growth of employees.

From 2017-2018, they held the positions of Assistant Store Manager at Factory Connection, LLC and Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General. At Factory Connection, LLC, they compiled and presented key performance index (KPI) statistics to staff and coached them towards better sales and customer success techniques. At Dollar General, they met customer call guidelines using strategic processes aligned with company rules, regulations, and policies and improved processes by proactively investigating and resolving accounting, service, and delivery concerns.

From 2012-2017, they held the positions of Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Rocky Point Construction & More. As Project Manager, they organized and facilitated the complete construction process for all managed developments, from planning through to delivery. As Assistant Project Manager, they worked directly with project managers to help implement project goals, assigned duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed, and oversaw variable aspects of projects and provided direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.

Taria Richards has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2022. In December 2022, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, and in February 2022, they obtained a Social and Behavioral Research - Basic/Refresher certification from the CITI Program.
