Eloise Lepesqueur

Eloise Lepesqueur, PMP, is currently the Chief People Officer at Optimal since August 2022. Previously, Eloise served as the Chief Operating Officer at DSPolitical from January 2018. With a background as a Program Director at SRA International, a CSRA company. Eloise also has experience as a Senior Manager at MorganFranklin Corporation and as a Director of Strategic Operations and Communications at BCP International. Prior to that, Eloise held roles as Vice President, Strategic Communications and Director, Government Services at The Borenstein Group. Eloise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
