Artem Burgonov

Artem Burgonov has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 at Nokia Solutions and Networks, where they worked as an Alarm Monitoring Engineer responsible for operational control and management of emergency situations on various networks. Artem also monitored alarms, observed network KPIs, and registered trouble tickets. In 2014, they transitioned to being a Configuration Management Engineer, executing change requests and performing software upgrades on various networks.

In 2015, Artem joined Nokia as a Fault Management Lead Engineer, troubleshooting and changing configurations on IP/MPLS, SDH, and Radio relay networks. Artem provided expert support for data transmission networks across multiple subjects in Russia, simultaneously serving two customers.

Most recently, Artem worked as a QA Engineer at DSR Corporation starting in 2018. Artem was involved in testing a home automation system based on ZigBee technology using Linux, Wireshark, ZigBee air and Ethernet sniffers, and embedded devices and sensors. Their responsibilities included manual functional testing.

Artem Burgonov received their Engineer's degree in Automation and Telemechanics from Voronezh State Politechnical Universitety, where they attended from 2008 to 2013.
