Anuradha Shukla

Anuradha Shukla is a seasoned professional in enterprise architecture and solution design with extensive experience in the telecommunications and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Architect at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since March 2021, Anuradha previously worked as a Solution Architect for TDC Group and a Solution Designer for BT, contributing to significant projects involving service fulfillment and assurance solutions for Cisco Meraki. Anuradha's earlier roles included consulting positions at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities spanned service operations transformation for H3G in the UK, service management integration for Telus in Canada, and performance management solutions for Qwest Communications in the USA. Anuradha holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
