John Marchione

John Marchione is currently the Senior Legal Counsel at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where they manage legal aspects of supply chain solutions. They previously served as a Senior Associate Attorney at Taylor Johnson PL and held associate positions at Himes & Hearn, P.A. and Hennessey & Bienstock LLP. Notably, in 2022-2023, John was the primary author and successfully argued a landmark case before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, establishing significant legal precedents concerning transportation regulations. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism from the University of Delaware and a Doctor of Law, graduating summa cum laude from New York Law School.
