Lisa Garreffa is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Since February 2020, Lisa has served as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where responsibilities include driving HR effectiveness, acting as a business partner to management, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and leading talent management initiatives. Prior to DSV, Lisa spent over 21 years at Panalpina as the Business Unit Head of Human Resources, focusing on high-quality HR activities and organizational capability. Lisa holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Concordia University and has a solid educational background that includes studies at Champlain College and Lester B. Pearson Comprehensive High School.
