Mariusz Tomczyk

Mariusz Tomczyk's work experience includes various leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Starting in 2000, they worked at Telekomunikacja Polska, where they held positions such as Design and Project Implementation Department Director and Project Department Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of data transmission products, customer solutions, and network implementation projects. Mariusz played a key role in building Poland's broadband internet network and implementing ADSL services.

Tomczyk then moved on to Orange Dominicana in 2010, where they served as the Business Technical Solutions Director. After that, they joined Mobistar in 2013 as the B2B Fixed Services Operation Director. In 2015, they joined Orange España as the Transformation Program Manager.

From 2016 to 2022, Tomczyk worked at Orange Polska, taking on multiple leadership roles, including ICT Product Management & Development Department Director, Wholesale Solutions Delivery Department Director, and Transformation and Digitalization Department Director.

Currently, they are employed at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as the Program Director and Head of Technical Project Management in Global IT, starting in 2022.

Mariusz Tomczyk has a diverse education history. In 2001-2002, they attended the Military University of Technology, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Following this, from 1995 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, earning an MSc Eng from the same institution. In 2016-2017, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business Administration and Management, General at Centrum Rozwoju Biznesu Wydziału Zarządzania Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego.
