Sakhawat Hossain

Sakhawat Hossain is a seasoned professional in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as the General Manager and Head of Sales at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since June 2016. Prior to this role, Sakhawat held various positions at UTi Worldwide Inc. (now part of DSV A/S) from November 2011 to May 2016, including Sales Manager for Bangladesh. Sakhawat's extensive experience also encompasses managerial and sales roles at UTi Worldwide, Aramex, and Expeditors, with a career beginning in customer service and marketing at DANZASAEI Consolidation Services and Touch-Tone Communication Ltd. Sakhawat holds an MBA with a major in Marketing from The People's University of Bangladesh and has a strong academic background in Geology and Mining, having earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh.
