Sara Swan

Sara Swan SHRM-SCP is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the logistics and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Senior HR Lead and P&O Business Partner for Contract Logistics at DSV since September 2025, Sara specializes in new site implementations, closures, and strategic support. Prior to this role, Sara was with DB Schenker for over five years, holding positions as People & Org Manager for Implementation & Site Support and People & Organization Manager. Sara’s career began at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where Sara worked as a Human Resources Manager and Department Manager from November 2000 to July 2019. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cedar Valley College.
