Vicky Melendez, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in finance, risk management, and compliance. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since September 2025, Vicky previously held the role of Manager, Risk Reporting and Audit at DB Schenker, where coordination of internal controls assessments and collaboration with senior management to ensure compliance were key responsibilities. Vicky's extensive background also includes roles at HSBC, where financial management and risk reporting were paramount, as well as successful leadership in finance transformation projects. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
